License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using ScarletFace For Trials (SOFTWARE). By installing and / or using this SOFTWARE you indicate your acceptance of this license agreement. This end-user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single entity, and Aura, Software Esotérico.

Registered Version

One or more registered instances of this SOFTWARE may be installed on the same computer by one or more users. Each installed instance of this SOFTWARE must be unlocked with its own activation code supplied by Aura, Software Esotérico.

Unauthorized Use

The copyright and intellectual property rights of this SOFTWARE are owned by Aura, Software Esotérico and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not copy any portion of this SOFTWARE or documentation in any form, except to use this SOFTWARE in accordance with the terms of the agreement or to make one copy for backup purposes. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer this SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty

NO WARRANTIES. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ADVANCED RELIABLE SOFTWARE, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCURRED BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. THE PERSON OR ENTITY USING THIS SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Advanced Reliable Software, Inc. or its suppliers and distributors be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE. Because some states / jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may or may not apply to you.
